110. Wall sit
The beauty of this exercise is that at the same time it can give you beautifully toned abs and calves which is perfect if you are looking for away from home to strengthen these muscles.
1. Slide the back gently down the wall until your thighs run parallel to the floor.
2. It is necessary for your knees to be directly above your ankles, and for your back to be straight against the wall.
3. Keep on for 60 seconds, then repeat as many times as you can.
